Emergency Care

If you are experiencing a dental emergency that a patient feels may be life threatening call 911 and/or go directly to an Emergency Room for immediate care.

Dental emergencies and problems are rarely life threatening but still require attention and can occur at any time.  We do ask that you call our office as soon as possible.  If it is after office hours and the problem can wait until the next business day please call our office and leave your name and a telephone number where you can be reached on our answering machine in the general mailbox at extension 211.  Our staff will call you back when the office reopens.

These problems can be addressed best if the practice is contacted during our regular hours, Monday through Thursday for 9am to 5pm.  We reserve appointment times daily, exclusively for our active patients who are experiencing a dental emergency.  It is recommended that you contact our office first thing in the morning as we make every attempt to see active patients the day they call.

However, not all problems can wait.  If you are an active patient in our practice who is involved in our hygiene program and have a problem that you believe cannot wait until our office reopens, call our office and leave a message in our emergency voice mail box at extension 212.  It is important that you speak slowly and clearly, leaving the patient’s name and number where they can be reached and the nature of the problem.

A staff member will call you back as soon as possible.
